The role of the Hotel Manager at Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa is a hands-on leadership position requiring energy, experience, and a passion for hospitality. The manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Beyond operational management, the Hotel Manager will maintain essential professional relationships with contractors and suppliers, oversee maintenance and security, and assure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and statutory regulations. A significant part of the role involves proactive guest engagement and swift resolution of customer complaints to enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, leadership abilities, keen attention to detail, and financial savvy.
