This establishment boasts 55 uniquely designed rooms that combine mid-century modern aesthetics with Parisian eclecticism, all housed within a historic building that dates back to 1939, originally the site of Westwood Village's first hotel. - Hospitality management required
- computer knowledge including proficiency in Opera property management system
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

Job Duties
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, property maintenance, overnight agents, and valet standards
- maintain and implement effective training programs for all departments
- conduct property inspections and follow up on issues
- lead the property Safety Committee ensuring compliance
- create and monitor staff schedules to meet budget and revenue goals
- manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and concierge services
- ensure accurate and timely completion of night audits and billing processes
- oversee inventory management and purchasing related to rooms and public areas
- monitor financial performance and control wages and expenses
- assist sales with room blocking and reservations
- ensure VIP guest services and service recovery
- maintain positive guest engagement and solicit Trip Advisor reviews
- coordinate communication between departments and with executive leadership
- mentor and coach staff to uphold high service standards and morale
- lead by example with visible presence and open door policy
- collaborate with vendors and suppliers and seek operational efficiencies.
