Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum two years experience in hotel management or executive committee role
- Proven track record in managing high volume, full-service hotel operations
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and operational costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing a property with revenue of $20M or greater
- Minimum of two years as an Executive Committee Member or equivalent preferred
- Food and beverage experience preferred
- Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team
- Acute attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality standards
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily hotel operations
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through elevated service culture and attention to detail
- Lead financial performance, ensuring the hotel meets and exceeds profitability and operational goals
- Foster a highly engaged, service-driven team culture with a focus on talent development, coaching, and succession planning
- Act as the senior operational leader in the absence of the General Manager
- Serve as a trusted partner to ownership and corporate leadership, participating in strategic planning and performance reviews
- Interview, coach, counsel, and evaluate leadership and team members to ensure consistent performance excellence
