Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of senior hotel leadership experience
  • Current hotel management role or equivalent
  • Proven labor relations experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and inclusivity

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years of senior hotel leadership experience
  • Current hotel manager experience
  • Experience in the New York market preferred
  • Experience with labor relations
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management is a plus
  • Familiarity with urban markets with leisure and corporate mix
  • Proven record of collaboration on hotel strategies
  • Agile leadership with a test and learn mindset
  • Creative and entrepreneurial spirit

Job Duties

  • Manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Oversee all hotel departments and guide the Leadership Committee
  • Interview, hire, and implement disciplinary measures for staff
  • Develop and execute multi-year business strategy focusing on brand positioning
  • Maintain clean, safe, and inviting hotel environment
  • Coordinate with revenue management to maximize revenue
  • Perform sales duties and collaborate with Director of Sales to achieve objectives
