Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of senior hotel leadership experience
- Current hotel management role or equivalent
- Proven labor relations experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management preferred
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to ethical conduct and inclusivity
Job Qualifications
- 15+ years of senior hotel leadership experience
- Current hotel manager experience
- Experience in the New York market preferred
- Experience with labor relations
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and revenue management is a plus
- Familiarity with urban markets with leisure and corporate mix
- Proven record of collaboration on hotel strategies
- Agile leadership with a test and learn mindset
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit
Job Duties
- Manage daily hotel operations to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Oversee all hotel departments and guide the Leadership Committee
- Interview, hire, and implement disciplinary measures for staff
- Develop and execute multi-year business strategy focusing on brand positioning
- Maintain clean, safe, and inviting hotel environment
- Coordinate with revenue management to maximize revenue
- Perform sales duties and collaborate with Director of Sales to achieve objectives
