Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience director level or higher in hospitality operations
- Extensive background leading operational teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Tour the operating departments daily to ensure smooth operation and staffing
- Conduct weekly manager meetings including training sessions and review of sales and operations
- Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with operational department heads to review financials, goals, and performance
- Attend operational line ups at least once a week
- Meet all financial review deadlines and corporate programs promptly
- Ensure department heads maintain budgeted productivity and financial procedures
- Oversee and assist in budget and monthly forecast processes
- Ensure training in service standards across departments
- Manage payroll procedures and control overtime and meal break penalties
- Ensure compliance with PCI protocols across all operational departments and vendors
- Foster a positive team environment focusing on guest satisfaction and team development
- Inspect rooms weekly with housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage departments
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the property through inspections and preventive maintenance
- Interview final candidates for vacant operational managerial positions
- Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline department heads
- Be present in public areas during peak times to engage with guests and assist team members
- Perform other duties as required
