Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of experience in hotel operations
  • Proven expertise in budgeting with minimum 2 years of experience
  • At least 5 years of hospitality management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of operations management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in person at the hotel location

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations management
  • Strong background in hospitality management including revenue management and guest services
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a hotel setting
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency not required but a plus
  • Prior experience in hotel management and front desk operations
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest relations
  • Ability to work night audits and ensure smooth hotel operations if needed
