Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences in New Orleans is seeking candidates to join their leadership team as Hotel Manager. The Hotel Manager provides leadership and management for all operational hotel personnel, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of guests and employees. They are responsible for all personnel actions, assets, and property outcomes. The Hotel Manager collaborates with the Hotel Leadership team to make key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- seasoned Hotel Manager with strong F&B understanding
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- passion for innovation in product and service
- experience working in large group houses with heavy banquet activity
- hands-on leadership style
- strong culture carrier with a people-first mentality
- international and U.S. experience preferable
- focus on group market during peak periods
- strong business acumen and ability to manage labor and resources effectively.
