Job Description
LEFT LANE is a vertically integrated real estate design, development, and management firm with a specialized focus on acquiring and transforming iconic, historic properties. The company takes pride in creating and sustaining dynamic environments that highlight the unique essence of each property, while fostering a culture centered on warm, anticipatory service. LEFT LANE believes that the experience they create for their guests is a reflection of how they nurture their team members' daily work life. This philosophy underscores their commitment to a welcoming and inspiring workplace where employees feel valued and motivated to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Among LEFT LANE’s distinguished portfolio, their flagship property—Hotel Bardo Savannah—stands out as a premier luxury destination recognized globally. Named one of the best hotels in the world in 2024 by Travel + Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler, Hotel Bardo Savannah epitomizes refined service, stylish design, and immersive guest experiences within the historic Savannah setting. The hotel’s success is driven by a dedicated team empowered through comprehensive benefits such as paid time off and holidays, 401k matching, health and telehealth coverage, exclusive discounts on rooms, dining, spa, and retail, complimentary onsite fitness classes, and nourishing meals provided in the team member café.
The opportunity at Hotel Bardo Savannah is for a seasoned Hotel Manager to take a leading role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s multiple departments, especially Food & Beverage and Rooms, as well as broader guest experience and cross-departmental collaboration. This position requires a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating strong operational discipline, leadership maturity, and the ability to foster consistency across service delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in Food & Beverage management, capable of inspiring and developing a talented leadership team while maintaining close engagement on the floor and with guests.
The Hotel Manager will focus on strengthening operational frameworks including communication routines, financial oversight, service excellence, and leadership development to ensure that Hotel Bardo Savannah continues to deliver a world-class guest experience. Key responsibilities include partnering with multiple hotel divisions—Culinary, Events, Marketing, and Brand teams—to support innovative programming and revenue-generating initiatives, while enforcing rigorous standards in food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety.
This role is vital in reinforcing the hotel’s reputation through accountable leadership, effective follow-through on operational goals, and a deep commitment to luxury lifestyle service. Candidates must bring extensive experience leading teams in multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations within luxury, lifestyle, boutique, or upscale independent hotel environments. They should demonstrate a polished and professional presence aligned with Hotel Bardo’s brand, have strong financial acumen to manage budgets and labor costs efficiently, and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate alignment across diverse departments.
Candidates should be prepared to lead with humility and energy, supporting their team both on the floor and at the managerial table, while helping cultivate an environment where excellence is the standard and every guest interaction is meaningful. Authorized work status for employment in the United States is required, as the company does not provide work authorization support.
