Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment, with significant time in global roles
- Prior leadership role managing recruitment teams
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality sector preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
