Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in hotel operations or management
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- willingness to work in various hotel departments as needed
- valid work authorization or visa for employment in the USA
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
