Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or management experience in a full service hotel in operations
  • time management and negotiation skills
  • ability to manage and lead each department independently
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • college level reasoning, math, and language skills
  • read, write and speak English fluently

  • proven leadership skills in hospitality management

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage and rooms departments
  • manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coordinate with various departments to optimize guest experiences
  • prepare reports and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making
