We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in a full-time in-person capacity. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations within our vibrant hotel environment. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead multiple departments, including the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring all functions operate smoothly and efficiently. The manager will spearhead efforts to optimize revenue through strategic pricing and effective room inventory controls while maintaining stringent budgetary and financial oversight.

Leadership is a core aspect of this role, with specific emphasis on staff supervision, motivation, and development. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel management industry
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and perform financial reporting
  • knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
  • capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work in person at the hotel location
  • proficiency in multi-line phone system operation

Job Qualifications

  • proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles with a strong background in guest services
  • demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
  • extensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management reservations systems and hospitality standards
  • experience in revenue management budgeting and human resources functions within a resort or hotel setting
  • excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing hotel finances and operations
