Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel leadership roles
- Proven expertise with luxury boutique hotel or private club operations
- Proficiency in front office and property management systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and labor cost oversight
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
- Ability to work full-time on site
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience (Hotel Manager, Director of Rooms, or Assistant General Manager)
- Experience in luxury boutique hotel, private club, or high-end resort environments
- Strong knowledge of front office systems and hotel PMS platforms
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong financial acumen (labor management, forecasting, budgeting)
