Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled or have a degree from a college, university, 2 or 4 year program in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, etc.
- or comparable industry experience and training
- must be open to relocation for program placement and following completion
- should be open to task force work assignments and opportunities
- ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization in a professional manner
- possess strong interpersonal, verbal, analytical, and written communication skills
- desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail oriented
- willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet the changing demands of the industry
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Follow a structured rotation of assignments throughout the majority of departments on property to learn and understand the dynamic operations of the specific location and hospitality industry as a whole
- adhere to an established curriculum designed to develop leadership skills, business acumen, and a better understanding of operational standards
- participate in management and staff meetings while collaborating across departments and professional disciplines
- develop in depth and regular rapport with guests, associates, and both corporate and property based leadership
- engage in project work and task force assignments in assigned and other locations
