Job Qualifications

Previous experience managing maintenance staff in a hotel or related environment
Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate multiple repair and maintenance tasks
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
