Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, and reaching overhead
- Follow all safety and security policies
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate maintenance tools and perform safety inspections
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Commitment to company policies and guest service standards
Job Duties
- Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
- Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters
- Operate power lift
- Complete life safety checklist including fire-pump and generator run tests
- Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems
- Respond to guest repair requests promptly
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
