This position requires an individual skilled in installing, maintaining, and performing preventive maintenance on tools, devices, and equipment vital to the property's smooth functioning. Job Requirements
- Technical, trade, or vocational school diploma
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and bending

Job Duties
- Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on tools, devices, and equipment
- Calibrate all controls, indicators, and meters
- Identify, locate, and maintain all shut-off valves
- Manage inventory and track purchase orders
- Inspect tools, equipment, and machines
- Operate forklift
- Complete safety checklists and perform tests on fire pumps and generators
- Inspect sprinkler valves and fire alarm systems
- Assist with emergency response protocol development
- Respond to guest repair requests
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Follow all company safety and protection policies
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Greet guests and anticipate service needs
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
