DelMonte Hotel Group is a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry, known for its commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences across its portfolio of high-quality hotels. With a reputation built on excellence, integrity, and a supportive work environment, DelMonte Hotel Group has cultivated a workplace culture that feels like home to its associates. The company prides itself on fostering professional growth and career advancement, making it an ideal place for motivated individuals seeking long-term career opportunities in the hospitality sector.

As a Hotel Maintenance Manager at DelMonte Hotel Group, you will play an essential role in ensuring both the comfort and safety of guests and staff by overseeing the Engineering Department’s operations. This leadership position involves supervising maintenance associates, managing departmental tasks, and upholding the highest standards of maintenance across all hotel facilities. You will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance duties, including troubleshooting and repairing complex hotel systems such as HVAC, fire suppression, boilers, guest internet and TV wiring, and much more. Your role will also include performing repairs within the facility – from painting and wallpaper to plumbing and woodworking – ensuring all areas are in optimal condition.

In addition to hands-on maintenance work, the Hotel Maintenance Manager is charged with maintaining comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for public spaces, guest rooms, and equipment. This includes laundry machines, heating and air conditioning units, kitchen appliances, fire extinguishers, and spa equipment. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount, particularly regarding pool and spa maintenance and conducting regular fire drills and OSHA safety training.

Staff management is a key component of this role. You will interview, hire, train, and schedule maintenance personnel, consistently appraise their performance, and foster a positive and productive team environment. Handling departmental expenses and maintaining detailed records on work orders, inventory, budgets, and payroll will also fall under your responsibilities. Your role ensures seamless communication between maintenance, front desk, and housekeeping to keep the hotel running smoothly.

At DelMonte Hotel Group, you will be surrounded by colleagues who value your contributions and encourage your growth, whether through professional development programs or advancement opportunities within the company. Compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, including potential bonuses. Full-time positions offer comprehensive benefits packages along with attractive employee perks like hotel room discounts at locations worldwide and discounts on food and beverages.

Joining DelMonte means becoming part of a family dedicated to making a tangible impact through excellent service and operational excellence. Your expertise as a Hotel Maintenance Manager will not only enhance the guest experience but also contribute to a work culture where everyone feels respected, challenged, and inspired to succeed. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for maintenance and engineering, and a desire to lead a team in a dynamic and supportive environment, DelMonte Hotel Group welcomes your application today.
