Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is critical to this position, as these tools are used daily to streamline operations, prepare reports, and facilitate communication within the team and across departments.

In addition to the administrative responsibilities, the Engineering Coordinator will assist with basic IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing user access to key hotel systems like the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS), and supporting staff with technology tools. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining meticulous records of departmental files, inventories, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation, ensuring all documents meet the hotel's standards and regulatory requirements.

With a strong emphasis on detail and communication, the Engineering Coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating inter-departmental activities and projects, acting as a reliable liaison among various teams and external vendors. This role supports special projects and drives process improvements that contribute to operational excellence. The position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a diverse and inclusive work environment that values each employee's contribution.
