- 3 to 4 years of general maintenance or repair experience preferred
- Experience using standard maintenance and repair tools
- Ability to read simple drawings and specifications
- Ability to estimate materials needed for repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical spaces
- Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend proactive solutions
- Complete minor repairs such as drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, locks, and furniture
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection documentation
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and support overall engineering operations
