This role is located at the Residence Inn West Des Moines, situated at 160 South Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266. The position is hourly, focusing on facilities maintenance and repair within the hotel. As a valued member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's equipment and guest facilities operate smoothly and are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include the upkeep and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as general upkeep related to guest rooms and shared amenities. This role requires a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, addressing equipment issues before they impact guest satisfaction or hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel environment or a related field, with a strong preference for licensure in trades such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, or carpentry.
