Additionally, the Housekeeping Supervisor will manage inventory control of cleaning supplies and laundry operations, ensure proper storage and security of housekeeping keys, and oversee lost and found management.

This role demands leadership skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to perform or assist with cleaning tasks when necessary. The ability to train and appraise housekeeping staff, foster a team-oriented environment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Physical demands include regular standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring the candidate must be capable of meeting these requirements safely. As an important member of the hotel management team, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a significant role in preserving the property's appearance through routine inspections and maintenance recommendations for carpets, drapes, furniture, and other fixtures.
