The role of Housekeeping Manager at Kinseth Hotel Corporation is a pivotal position responsible for directing the hotel's housekeeping program to ensure that all areas of the property are clean, orderly, and maintained to the highest standards. This position involves managing a team of 10 to 30 housekeeping employees, overseeing daily operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Housekeeping Manager plans work schedules to maintain adequate service levels within budgeted labor guidelines while monitoring chemical usage and laundry procedures for cost control. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety data sheets, inspecting guestrooms and property conditions, managing inventory for cleaning supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

This role demands strong leadership skills as the manager will conduct hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions for the housekeeping team.
