Hotel Housekeeping Manager

We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including supervising and training staff, managing work schedules, and inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure brand and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The manager will also work closely with other departments such as Front Desk and Maintenance to coordinate room readiness and promptly address any maintenance concerns. Additionally, the Housekeeping Manager will handle guest requests related to housekeeping services, conduct staff performance reviews, and promote ongoing professional development within the team. This role is vital in supporting the overall guest experience and operational efficiency of the hotel, making it essential for the candidate to possess solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
