We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This full-time salaried position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 annually. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, including supervising and training staff, managing work schedules, and inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure brand and safety standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. The manager will also work closely with other departments such as Front Desk and Maintenance to coordinate room readiness and promptly address any maintenance concerns. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
- minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience

Job Duties
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, including room attendants and housekeepers
- create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
- ensure guest rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for occupancy in a timely manner
- address guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly
- coordinate with the Front Desk and Maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and resolve maintenance issues
- maintain proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
- conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- complete daily reports and maintain accurate housekeeping records
- respond to emergencies and assist with operational needs as required
- perform other duties as assigned
