The Hotel Housekeeping Manager role at The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This management position plays a critical role in leading daily housekeeping operations to ensure that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, providing leadership, training, scheduling, and motivation to support efficient operations and strong performance. They will regularly inspect rooms and public areas, promptly addressing any deficiencies and coordinating closely with other departments such as Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness and a seamless guest experience.
Managing supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs are also key responsibilities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Available to work weekends and holidays
