Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Available to work weekends and holidays

  • 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Preferably experience in a full-service or branded hotel
  • Available to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate housekeeping staff to support efficient operations and strong performance
  • Inspect rooms and public areas regularly and address deficiencies promptly
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs
  • Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Maintain accurate reports, inspections, and staff records
  • Support a positive team environment and assist with other operational duties as needed
