The Hotel Housekeeping Manager role at The Verve Hotel Boston Natick is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This management position plays a critical role in leading daily housekeeping operations to ensure that guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand standards and exceed guest expectations. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee a team of housekeeping staff, providing leadership, training, scheduling, and motivation to support efficient operations and strong performance. They will regularly inspect rooms and public areas, promptly addressing any deficiencies and coordinating closely with other departments such as Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room readiness and a seamless guest experience.

Managing supplies, linen inventory, and equipment while controlling labor and departmental costs are also key responsibilities. The Housekeeping Manager will handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that service recovery is swift and effective whenever needed. The role demands a high level of attention to detail and compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations, maintaining accurate reports, inspections, and staff records. Beyond operational duties, the Housekeeping Manager will support a positive team environment, helping to foster employee engagement and collaboration throughout the department.
