Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required
familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques advantageous
knowledge of housekeeping management principles a plus
strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Duties

Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms and common areas
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
assist with deep cleaning tasks as required during off-peak times or special events
provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner
