Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • ability to follow procedures and hotel standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • good physical stamina
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner
  • keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized
  • reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC
  • maintaining security of equipment, keys and supplies issued
  • reporting lost and found articles to supervisor
  • responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
