- knowledge of cleaning equipment and products

- experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare rooms for cleaning
- make beds
- dust rooms and furniture
- replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
- clean the bathroom
- clean the closet
- vacuum and rack the carpet
- check and secure the rooms
- deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests such as irons and ironing boards
- ensure public areas such as hallways are cleaned and orderly
- ability to lift 50 lbs and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
- ability to work independently and with a team
- manage guest calls, requests, and complaints in the assigned area
- perform additional tasks as assigned
