We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, directly impacting the overall guest satisfaction and experience. As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms promptly and following established hotel standards and procedures. You will maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart, ensuring efficiency throughout your shift. A key part of your role involves reporting any maintenance issues within guest rooms, such as problems with fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems, so that these can be promptly addressed, guaranteeing a seamless guest stay. Ensuring the security of equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted to you is also vital to this position, alongside responsibly reporting any lost and found articles to your supervisor.

Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner forms an essential aspect of the housekeeper's role, reinforcing Concord Hospitality’s commitment to exceptional guest service. This job requires physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and to lift or carry supplies and equipment safely. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards
  • keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly
  • report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems
  • maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you
  • report lost and found articles to your supervisor
