The role of Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant at Arbor Lodging is pivotal in maintaining the company’s high standards of guest hospitality. As a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant, the individual contributes significantly to guest satisfaction by preparing rooms efficiently, making beds to perfection, dusting and cleaning furniture and surfaces, and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and bathrooms. The role requires handling cleaning equipment and products safely, vacuuming carpets, managing linen closets, and securing rooms after cleaning. This position also demands physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as the capacity to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods. Additionally, the Housekeeper may provide guest items on loan such as irons and ironing boards and respond promptly to guest needs and requests within their assigned area. This role is not only about cleaning but also about creating a positive guest experience by managing guest calls, requests, and addressing complaints with professionalism and care.
