As a Hotel Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that each guest room is immaculate, with beds made to perfection, surfaces dusted and polished, carpets vacuumed, and amenities replenished to maintain comfort and satisfaction. You will also maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas, thereby upholding the hotel’s reputation for hygiene and attention to detail. Operating industrial cleaning and laundry equipment safely and efficiently constitutes a key aspect of the position, and the ability to manage laundry operations—from sorting and washing linens to folding and distributing guest clothing—is essential.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles
  • ability to operate industrial cleaning and laundry equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments

  • familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and laundry machinery
  • excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality custodial services
  • ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • prior experience in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning staff is a plus
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment

  • manage laundry operations by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest clothing with care and precision

  • report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain facility standards
  • assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
