The starting salary range for this role is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with potential increases at 30, 60, and 90 days of employment depending on performance. This position is essential in upholding the quality standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests expect during their stay. While previous housekeeping experience is advantageous, the company is open to training enthusiastic individuals committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards. The company also recognizes and rewards its employees with benefits such as paid vacations, sick leave, holidays paid at time and a half when worked, hotel room discounts for travel, and referral bonuses.

Beyond the immediate job responsibilities, the role offers additional benefits for full-time employees including access to affordable health, dental, and vision insurance plans, low-cost accident and critical illness coverage, flexible spending account options, and 401(k) retirement plans with company contributions. The company also provides an Employee Assistance Program with mental health resources and paid time off to volunteer in the community. These offerings reflect their holistic commitment to the well-being and professional growth of their teammates.

Joining Raymond Management Company as a Room Attendant offers a great opportunity to be part of a team-centered workplace where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to the company’s reputation for excellence.
