Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day use
- Replenish chemical bottles
- Report all missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
