Currently, Red Roof Inn Laredo is seeking full-time housekeepers to join their dedicated team. The position offers an hourly pay rate ranging from $10.00 to $11.00, dependent on the candidate's experience. Housekeepers play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the property to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all guests. The role involves physically demanding tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking, with a focus on attention to detail to uphold brand standards. Candidates must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry's round-the-clock operational nature.

As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas according to company standards, including changing bed linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. Additionally, housekeepers will have the responsibility to communicate room concerns, maintenance needs, and manage lost-and-found items efficiently with front desk staff. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team and maintain a professional appearance is essential. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not mandatory, enhancing communication within the diverse guest population.
