Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must arrive and clock in on time for shifts and breaks
  • Provide sufficient notice for call-outs
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing for long periods, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
  • Must work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Willingness to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
  • Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to serve guests and provide excellent hospitality
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest service practices is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Use guests' names to provide a personalized experience
  • Work together with team members to achieve high guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
  • Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and attending stand-up meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Assist with additional cleaning projects in public spaces and storage areas as assigned
  • Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and on time
  • Deliver accurate shift handover reports
  • Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain groomed appearance
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and teamwork ethos
