Job Requirements

- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Ability to follow hotel procedures and cleanliness standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following procedures and hotel standards
- Maintain an organized linen cart that is neat and well stocked
- Report any issues with fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, and other room elements
- Maintain security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies
- Report lost and found articles to supervisor
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness standards for guest satisfaction
