We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. This role is integral to sustaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold our rigorous hygiene standards. Attention to detail is essential in this position, as you will be responsible for ensuring that bathrooms, floors, and furnishings are immaculate and guest-ready at all times. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team setting. Employment is paid, starting at $14.00 per hour, and the position is based on-site, providing a hands-on work experience in a reputable hospitality setting.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and industrial cleaning equipment operation
Experience working in hotels or similar hospitality environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with custodial procedures and industrial cleaning practices
Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Ensure all floors are properly cared for through sweeping, polishing, and industrial cleaning techniques as needed
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and floors to meet health standards
Follow established protocols for waste disposal and linen handling to uphold hygiene standards
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
Adhere to safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to create a safe environment for all team members
