The Housekeeper role at Sandpiper Hospitality is a hands-on, physical position that serves as the backbone of guest comfort and cleanliness. In this role, you will be expected to clean various areas including guestrooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and stairways according to established company standards and within designated time frames. Your duties extend to replenishing essential supplies, managing waste efficiently and hygienically, and maintaining housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment to ensure readiness for daily tasks. Interaction with guests is also a key component, requiring a friendly and professional demeanor to provide a warm presence throughout the property.
Safety and security are critical in the housekeeping role. You will strictly adhere to safety and security policies to protect yourself, guests, and company property. Proper use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and tools is essential to prevent injuries, accidents, and damage. Job Requirements

- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways according to company standards and within required time frames
- Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in various areas such as guest rooms and restrooms
- Transport trash and waste to the disposal area efficiently and hygienically
- Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment to ensure readiness for all tasks
- Always greet guests in a warm, friendly manner, providing a welcoming presence throughout the property
- Strictly adhere to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, the safety of guests and their belongings, and company property
- Perform house laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing company linen and terry
- Contribute to the cleaning and organizing of the house and commercial laundry areas
