Job Requirements
- repetitive stair climbing and occasional ladder use
- ability to kneel squat stand sit bend and twist for extended periods
- ability to lift push or pull up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards including vacuuming mopping surface cleaning dusting and restocking supplies
- change linens and ensure rooms are clean orderly and guest ready within expected time and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of public areas as assigned
- meet expected minutes per room or productivity standards while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail
- follow property checklists brand expectations as applicable and required cleaning protocols
- provide courteous service forward interaction with guests when encountered
- offer and communicate hotel amenities products and services when appropriate supporting a positive guest experience and property revenue goals
- assist with laundry duties as needed including handling staging and replenishing linens
- communicate maintenance needs and work orders to maintenance and or management in a timely manner
- work collaboratively with the front desk and room attendant leadership to prioritize rooms and operational needs
- know and follow property emergency procedures and support safety and security standards for guests and associates
- handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to training and policy
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned consistent with hotel operations and business needs
