The role being offered is for a Housekeeper in one of Kinseth Hotel Corporation's hotels. This position is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guestrooms, common areas, and hotel facilities, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and contributing to the outstanding guest experience the company prides itself on. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and other hotel areas, as well as handling linens and supplies efficiently.
A successful candidate will adhere to the company’s safety protocols, use cleaning chemicals and tools responsibly, and reliably maintain housekeeping carts and equipment. They will greet guests with warmth and professionalism, secure guests’ privacy, and communicate effectively with maintenance staff regarding room conditions and needs. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work within defined timeframes. The employment type is full-time, with health, dental, and vision benefits available after 60 days, along with paid training and paid time off. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting advantageous
- ability to follow instructions and safety standards

Job Duties
- Clean hotel guestrooms, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
- sort, count, fold, mark, or carry hotel linens
- clean hotel according to franchise standards including stripping and making beds, dusting furniture, washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, polishing floors, washing windows, door panels, sills, emptying wastebaskets, ashtrays, cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies, and bathroom fixtures
- replenish supplies like bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, and writing supplies
- move furniture, hang drapes, and roll carpets as needed
- transport trash and waste to disposal areas
- replace light bulbs
- stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
- greet guests warmly
- ensure key control and guest privacy
- use materials, chemicals, and tools safely
- communicate with maintenance about room needs
