Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- valid identification verifying age
- US citizenship verification required
- ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift pull and push moderate weight minimum of 35 lbs
- must be able to use stairs and ladders as needed
- desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- excellent time management skills
- friendly and professional communication abilities
- quick learner with ability to adapt in a guest-focused environment
- commitment to safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites including bathrooms living areas and bed changes
- working with the housekeeping team to deliver spotless inviting rooms
- assisting the housekeeping and laundry teams in meeting daily demands
- maintaining a clean stocked housekeeping cart for efficiency
- using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- moving housekeeping carts and navigating guest hallways
- restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries coffee tea and towels
- reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- assisting with laundry duties such as collecting sorting and transporting linens
- maintaining housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean organized and stocked manner
- following all safety and sanitation guidelines
- providing friendly professional interactions with guests and team members
