Additionally, floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping, and polishing surfaces will keep the hotel's environment looking fresh and inviting at all times.
Restocking essential supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities will be central to your responsibilities to guarantee that guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will also be expected to promptly report any maintenance issues or damages, ensuring the safety and functionality of the hotel environment is never compromised. Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols, you will contribute to an environment that exceeds sanitation standards and creates peace of mind for guests and staff alike.
Beyond daily cleaning tasks, you may assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. This role demands physical stamina and a positive, proactive attitude towards cleanliness and teamwork. Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping roles is preferred, and a familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning techniques will be beneficial.

Job Requirements
- proven experience in cleaning janitorial work or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
- hotel experience is highly valued
- strong knowledge of cleaning techniques floor care methods and sanitation standards
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items standing for extended periods and bending or kneeling frequently
- excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is a plus
- prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required
- a positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
