Job Requirements
- proven experience in cleaning janitorial work or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred
- hotel experience is highly valued
- strong knowledge of cleaning techniques floor care methods and sanitation standards
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items standing for extended periods and bending or kneeling frequently
- excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- familiarity with custodial equipment and industrial cleaning tools is a plus
- prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required
- a positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Job Duties
- thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms including beds bathrooms and common areas ensuring all surfaces are spotless and disinfected
- maintain cleanliness of hallways lobbies elevators stairwells and other public spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards
- perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets mopping hard floors and polishing surfaces to keep all areas looking fresh and inviting
- restock supplies like towels toiletries linens and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times
- report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued safety for guests and staff
- follow health and safety protocols rigorously to maintain a clean environment that exceeds sanitation standards
- assist with laundry duties including washing folding and organizing linens and towels when necessary
