Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical fitness to perform cleaning duties
- acceptable background check
- reliable transportation preferred
- valid driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications
- experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
- attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- good communication and customer service skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Duties
- cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
- ensuring all supplies and equipment are properly used and stored
- reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- following company protocols and safety standards
- providing excellent customer service to guests
- assisting with laundry and other housekeeping tasks
- supporting team members to ensure operational efficiency
