The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently cleaning rooms within a set timeframe of 25 to 30 minutes, adhering to rigorous cleaning standards, and promptly addressing guest needs. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining hygiene and order throughout the hotel. Our housekeepers play an essential role in shaping guest impressions and promoting return visits by delivering outstanding cleanliness and hospitality.
In this role, you will be expected to clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms meticulously, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture. Thoroughly disinfecting bathrooms and restroom facilities is key to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. You will be responsible for changing bed linens and towels, creating a crisp and luxurious atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Restocking amenities such as toiletries, soaps, towels, and minibar items is also an important part of your duties. Additionally, reporting any maintenance issues or damages immediately helps ensure the hotel remains in excellent condition while maintaining safety protocols. Housekeepers must communicate politely and professionally with guests, responding to requests efficiently and courteously. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively to meet the demanding pace of hotel housekeeping. Job Duties

- Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, and vanity areas
- Change bed linens and towels ensuring a crisp, clean, and comfortable environment
- Replenish toiletries, soap, towels, toilet paper, and minibar items
- Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Handle guest requests for additional supplies in a polite and professional manner
