Job Requirements
- Positive and friendly attitude

Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel reception experience is desired
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- Demonstrated success in a customer-focused environment
- High school diploma is required
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs cultural and outdoor recreation opportunities preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Job Duties
- Provides administrative and front desk support to guests
- Takes food and beverage orders, collects payments, prepares beverages, serves food
- Assists management in day-to-day operations
- Acts as the first point of contact for guests during check-in and assists with guest issues
- Performs guest check-ins and check-outs as front desk host
- Helps guests build itineraries for Colorado Springs experiences
- Learns and uses PMS, POS, and task management software
- Ensures guests enjoy their meals and resolves any problems
- Maintains cleanliness of hotel lobby and retail area
- Promotes the hotel within the local community and travel industry
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
