Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of English language
- Ability to learn quickly and manage fast-paced guest interactions
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum 20 lbs)
- Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests at the Hotel Host Stand
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, and TV den
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring guest satisfaction
- Service and prepare meeting rooms for events
- Communicate effectively with guests to address needs and inquiries
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
