The Hotel Host plays a vital role in bringing this experience to life by serving as the face and heart of the hotel’s guest interaction. This position contributes significantly to the hotel’s commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork. The Hotel Host is responsible for managing various guest touchpoints, including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in and check-out, and meeting room servicing. This role requires a person who values high standards, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses excellent communication skills to engage warmly and professionally with guests. The Hotel Host ensures that guests receive a larger than home experience through welcoming and helpful service while maintaining the environment's cleanliness and comfort.

Job Duties
- manage the hotel host stand and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery cafe, guest kitchen, e-room, and tv den
- service meeting rooms ensuring they are prepared and stocked
- interact with guests warmly and professionally to provide exceptional service
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- multitask across different stations to ensure smooth hotel operations
- communicate effectively with team members to support overall guest experience
