Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • previous customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong command of English language
  • ability to multitask
  • basic computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheet software
  • physical ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 pounds
  • willingness to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced work environment

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
  • schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • must be 18 years or older
  • a true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
  • basic computer skills including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
  • manage the Hotel Host Stand effectively
  • oversee the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen area
  • maintain and provide service in the e-room and TV den
  • assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
  • service the meeting rooms ensuring readiness and cleanliness
  • communicate clearly and warmly with guests to enhance their experience
