Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- previous customer service experience preferably in hotel or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong command of English language
- ability to multitask
- basic computer literacy including word processing and spreadsheet software
- physical ability to lift, pull, and push at least 20 pounds
- willingness to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- schedule flexibility for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction
- ability to multitask effectively
- must be 18 years or older
- a true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- basic computer skills including Word and Excel
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure
- manage the Hotel Host Stand effectively
- oversee the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen area
