Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
Strong command of the English language
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to multitask
Must be 18 years or older
Physical ability to lift, pull and push at least 20 lbs
Basic computer skills
Genuine interest in guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
Must be able to multi-task
Must be 18 years or older
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas including the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen
Manage and support the use of the Hotel Host Stand, e-room, and TV den
Handle servicing requests for meeting rooms efficiently
Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist in maintaining inventory and supplies for guest areas
