Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical ability to lift, pull and push at least 20 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Genuine interest in guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
- Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas including the Bakery Café and Guest Kitchen
- Manage and support the use of the Hotel Host Stand, e-room, and TV den
- Handle servicing requests for meeting rooms efficiently
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist in maintaining inventory and supplies for guest areas
