Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in guest services or similar role with leadership experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in guest services or related role
- Proven leadership and team management experience

Job Duties
- Resolve and react to guest complaints and needs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and provide accurate guest information about local events and attractions

- Follow up with department leaders on guest response processes and performance
- Communicate consistently with management to ensure smooth operations
